Shipping Policy

We ship out products within 48 hours of receipt of payment or purchase order. For downloadable products, customers will receive a link to download the product purchased.

eBook Usage Policy

We normally license our eBooks for use on a single machine. As the eBooks are password protected, that machine will be the one on which the password is entered, and not necessarily the one to which it was downloaded. In the case of a household with more than one computer, such as a desktop and a laptop, we will issue one additional password for the second machine.

eBook Printing Policy

We do not set this policy. It is the prerogative of the author to determine if they wish their book to be printable. If they so wish, the eBook will be set up to be printable.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all unopened products. This does not apply to downloadable products.

We take pride in our web sites. Our web sites are easily navigatable and user friendly. We attempt to keep the size of our web pages small, to include limited graphics, in order to minimize the time needed to load web pages.
