It is certain that we want no repetition of the terrible consequences that ensued from the proliferation of this work and the actions of those who used it as their guide.

This unabridged translation was done almost 50 years ago, and has basically been in a closet since that time.  The translator has now decided to make it available as a lesson in history to bring to light some of the blighted thinking and twisted logic that resulted in a major portion of the terrible calamities of the 1940 - 1945 era.

We are offering this book in both an eBook format and as a paperback to provide maximum convenience to the prospective readership.
